Shipping policy

Unless otherwise specified, our standard processing turn-around time is 48 hours, however, we will always attempt to process your order as soon as possible.

As a new store as of April 1, 2025 we are currently limiting our online sales to the U.S. We will expand our online sales to other countries as soon as we are able.  If you are outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us and we'll be happy to work with you to process your order and determine the best shipping method for you.

The purchaser is responsible for any customs, tariffs, VAT or other fees or taxes to any jurisdiction outside of the state of Idaho, USA. 

All shipping is FOB at the point of shipping and the buyer assumes all responsibility for a parcel once it has been delivered to the shipper.  Insurance on parcels is available at an additional cost.  Please contact us at infopuerhnw@gmail.com for rates for insuring parcels.
