Anning Haiwan Tea Industry Co, Ltd.'s Lao Tong Zhi brand has been producing puerh since 1999.  Mr. Zou Bingliang, the creator of Haiwan was the CEO of the Menghai Tea Factory and started Haiwan in 1999.
